What is GeoWeb?
GeoWeb is an open-source tool for meteorologists and researchers, offering a platform for viewing weather and climate data. Open GeoWeb, a public-friendly version, allows users to explore its functionalities and customize their own dashboards. Essentially, Open GeoWeb is a platform for exploring weather and climate data, making these insights accessible to all.
We have created a user manual for GeoWeb, complete with instructions and visuals. This manual is divided into different sections based on features and levels of expertise. We have:
- The Basic Level - this is primarily for new users of GeoWeb.
- The Experienced Level - this is for more advanced users who want to delve deeper.
- The Expert Level - this is intended for those who want or need to utilize GeoWeb to its fullest capacity.
We highly recommend checking out the manual. It's full of helpful tips and insights to better understand what GeoWeb can do for you.
This is an open-source project. It's designed for collaboration with up to four partners, but please note that we only collaborate with other national meteorological institutes. If you're interested in collaborating with us, please reach out to one of our contact points to start the conversation.
